Arij's legal career has been built on a foundation of academic excellence, courtroom experience, and practical legal problem-solving.

While attending Rutgers Law School, he was recognized as a Philip J. Levin Scholar and served as President of the Rutgers University Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
He also interned with the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey, where he worked on constitutional law matters involving First Amendment rights and civil liberties.
Following graduation, Arij completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Judge Bahir Kamil in the Superior Court of New Jersey. This experience provided firsthand insight into how courts analyze legal disputes and reinforced the importance of careful preparation, attention to detail, and practical legal advocacy.

Before opening his own practice, Arij represented clients at respected New Jersey law firms including Orlovsky, Moody, Schaaff & Conlon and The Williams Law Group, gaining experience in litigation, negotiations, and client advocacy.
Today, he focuses his practice on helping New Jersey clients navigate important legal matters involving real estate, estate planning, business law, employment agreements, and marital agreements with confidence and clarity.
